What size are your steak brands?
The brands average 1 1/4" - 1 1/2" in size. They are made small so that the entire top of your steak is not charred.
How do I clean my steak brands?
Your brands will come clean with soap and water. You should clean them after each use. Our brands are constructed of high-grade stainless steel and will last for many years.
Do your brands work with gas grills?
Yes, they will. Our brands were designed with gas grills in mind. When the brands worked fine in them we knew they would also work fine in large BBQ pits.
How many initials can I have on my brand?
You can have 2-3 initials on a brand.

Aren't whole Jalepeno peppers too hot to eat?
Raw, most definitely! However these Jalepenos are cooked for 45 minutes. This long cooking times cooks away most of the intense heat leaving a delicious appetizer that anyone can enjoy.
Are the recipes hard to make?
Not at all. Our recipies are designed so that even novice cooks can prepare them.
How do I care for my Happy Jalepeno Grill
Easy. Just wash it with soap and water after each use. The grill is constructed of high-grade stainless steel and will last for many years.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Most of the year, we ship orders out in a couple of days. The time it takes to ship your order can increase around gift-giving holidays such as Christmas and Father's Day.
Please Note that items which are custom made require extra time to produce. If you must have your item by a certain date, please contact us and we will let you know if it is possible.
How will my order be shipped?
Most orders will ship via FedEx Ground Delivery. Orders shipping to P.O. boxes, APO addresses, Alaska and Hawaii will be sent via US Postal Serivice Priority Mail.
Orders shipping via FedEx usually arrive within 2-3 business days.
