Holiday Shipping Schedule
While our products usually ship in 3-5 days, this time will be longer during our busiest times of the year such as Father's Day and Christmas. Please allow ample time to receive your order around these holidays. Check with us if you want to be sure to receive your order by a certain day.
Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your item, return it to us within 15 days of receipt for a full refund (minus shipping costs). No returns on discontinued, used, or end-of-life products. Returns are typically not available for custom items. Returns on custom items will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
P.O. Boxes
Items shipping to P.O. Boxes must be shipped by the US Postal Service. The order must be shipped to an address that matches the billing address on the credit card used.

All orders are processed via a secure server. Your credit card information is not stored indefinitely. It is purged once your order is placed.

Any information your provide to us is only used to fill your order. We will not contact you unsolicited. We maintain a list of email address of those people who have opted to join our mailing list. This list is used only for the purpose of alerting those interested in any specials or promotions we may be having.
We may contact you after your purchase to request that you submit a review of your product. We will only do this once.

How can I pay for my order?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards online. Credit cards are processed via a secure server.
CVV Number
The CVV or "Creditcard Verification Value" is a 3 or 4 digit number printed on the backs of most credit cards and on the fronts of American Express cards. This number does two things:
1). It helps to determine if the credit number being used is legitimate.
2). It ensures that the person entering the credit card number has the physical card in thier posession.
